01Who is responsible

02Information you provide
If you email us, your email address, message and any attachments are processed to read and respond to your enquiry. You may choose to share a game, platform, region and preferred session time. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full payment-card details or identity documents unless a separately explained, necessary process requires them.
If you create an account, we store your email address, username and a password hash. We use your email address to send a password reset link when you request one. Registration does not send an email.
If you place an order, we keep the chosen service, options, quantity, USD price, any answers you enter (including an Activision ID for the current BO7 service), order status and related support messages. Payment records include Stripe references and payment status. Do not enter account passwords or recovery codes in order fields or support messages.
03Website and technical information
Hosting and network services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to deliver and protect the website. This information page does not contain a card entry form or advertising tracker. See our Cookie Policy for the distinction between browser storage and server logs.
04Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond and discuss availability. Account information is used for sign-in and password recovery. Order and payment information is used to arrange sessions, track payment, provide support and keep transaction records. Technical information is used for operation, troubleshooting and security. Where applicable, the legal basis depends on the purpose, including steps you request before a contract, performance of an order, legitimate interests in secure operation or legal obligations.
05Service providers and locations
Stripe provides our hosted checkout when a payment option is available. Stripe receives the order details sent to checkout and handles the card information entered there. We do not ask you to enter full card details on BoostGoGo. Website hosting, network, email-forwarding and mailbox providers may process information required to deliver their services. Our operator is in Hong Kong; processing locations may also depend on those providers. Contact us if you need details of the providers or international-transfer arrangements.
06Retention and your requests
We retain account, order, payment and correspondence records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by email. Available rights depend on applicable law; we may need proportionate information to verify a request. Do not send identity documents in your initial request.
