Aetherfall · Raid clear
My agent checked my character requirements before we started and explained the plan. I received updates during the run, then we reviewed the result together.
Neon Frontier · Ranked climb
The session started later than expected, but my agent told me about the delay. I could follow the progress and ask questions from my order page.
Starforge · Guided session
The guide explained each encounter and gave me time to try the mechanics. When I got stuck, we went through it again without rushing.

Prepare for your first raid, find your difficulty, and make every attempt count.
Aetherfall · Getting started
Check your gear, understand your role, and agree on a plan before the first pull.
Review the encounter requirements and check that your equipment is ready. Bring the supplies your group recommends rather than assuming someone else will provide them.
Ask which role you will fill, where to stand, and how the group calls out mechanics. If this is your first run, say so before starting: a shared plan is more useful than trying to hide uncertainty.
Frostbound · Dungeon planning
Balance encounter knowledge, team readiness and your goal—not just the reward.
Start by deciding whether you want to learn the route, complete a reliable run, or push your limits. Check the listed entry requirements and talk through the mechanics with your group.
If several encounters are unfamiliar, choose a setting that leaves room for mistakes. Move up when your team can handle the mechanics consistently, rather than choosing a harder run only for its rewards.
Starforge · Encounter basics
Spot danger earlier, leave yourself an escape route, and learn from each attempt.
Keep the encounter and your surroundings in view. Before committing to an action, identify a safe direction to move and avoid crowding teammates who also need room.
After a failed attempt, pick one moment to review: what warning appeared, where were you standing, and what blocked your movement? Practise that adjustment on the next attempt instead of changing everything at once.
